Find a copy of the English series Black Books (it played latenight CBC), if the book doesn't make you calm, at least it can make you laugh.

I am buying this book for my friend as an inside joke, because we both love the show "Black Books". However, it looks like it has some pretty good insights. It's certainly positive!

I've swallowed The Little Book of Calm!

I'm yet another person who bought this little book as a joke after watching Black Books. It's one of my boyfriend's favorite shows, so I thought it'd be a funny surprise as a stocking stuffer. He was definitely surprised and loved it. I've flipped through it a few times and if I think of it as a book, rather than a silly Black Books joke, it's actually really cool. It actually is calming, too!
